This is a high-impact, hands-on position combining deep technical execution with strategic influence across the business.You ll lead key data science initiatives, work closely with stakeholders across commercial, product, and technical teams, and help define how we leverage data as a true business superpower. Alongside this, you will mentor and manage two junior data scientists, supporting their growth and elevating the team s overall capability.Working across the businessReporting into our Director of Public Policy and Research, you will operate across our business, building with internal relationships with our Research and Insights, Technology, Product, Marketing and Sales functions as well as external relationships, with our wider data partners.Given the cross-functional nature of this role, we will look for you to build, maintain, and strengthen trusted relationships across the business, ensuring data solutions are understood, embraced, and drive real commercial value.
