Job Title: Senior Data Manager (DM)Location: Welwyn (hybrid)Hourly Rate: £50.00 - £56.00 Per Hour UmbrellaOur client, a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Data Manager with relevant industry experience to join their innovative team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the quality, integrity, and availability of clinical trial data, driving key decisions in drug development.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage end-to-end data management activities for one or more studies, from CRF and database design to final study closure.Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Biostatistics, Data Science, Clinical) to define data specifications, ensuring alignment with study needs.Oversee vendor performance and resolve complex data issues using industry best practises and risk-based monitoring.Evaluate and refine study-level data processes, fostering an environment of continuous improvement in efficiency and data quality.Share technical expertise with colleagues, enhancing team practises and documentation.Your Experience Will Include:Bring strong experience in clinical data management or a related function.Have hands-on experience managing data for clinical trials, including CRF design and query resolution.Possess a solid understanding of EDC systems and data standards (eg, CDISC).Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.Desired ..... full job details .....
