Our team of Annalectuals is growing rapidly and are based in over 80 countries around the globe, supported by global and regional team hubs in NY, London, and Singapore, Gurgaon, Bangalore and Hyderabad.The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional relationships clients led from London, as well as the development of new data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.TEAM:

Data Operations and Reporting Senior Manager, EMEA
ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a Data Operations and Reporting Senior Manager, who will support an MI Director with all data operations and reporting workstreams for one of Omnicom’s global clients.You are passionate about telling stories through creative representation of data. You have very good grasp of collecting, processing, and analysing large scale media data. You understand data infrastructure and data operations and know the challenges of building enterprise scale performance reporting. You want to work in regional and global roles with opportunity to drive best practices and innovation across agencies and teams around clever use of data in marketing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all data operations and reporting workstreams globally for a Tier 1 global Omnicom client. You will engage in client conversations as subject matter expert where required, and help with successful scoping, execution, and delivery of the projectsWork closely with the MI and local market teams to ensure all projects conform to the Taxonomy, naming conventions and governance best practices set by the global performance reporting teamDesign functional solutions of data pipelines, data operations, reporting, and underlying data infrastructure as a part of project scopingSupport in creating and communicating EMEA standards and best practices for data operations and reportingWork with EMEA country-specific teams to identify their current state of data ops and performance reporting and establish action plans towards a standardised and harmonised way of providing reporting services to Omnicom clients in EMEAHave line-management responsibility for the MI Manager on the accountAdditionally, individual objectives are agreed and reviewed on a quarterly basis (as a minimum frequency).IDEAL CANDIDATE
Minimum 5 year of experience in running a data operations, media operations, reporting, dashboarding, or a related business intelligence practiceExperience of working in marketing communication companies is highly desirableExperience in campaign performance reporting or programmatic performance reporting is highly desirableProven track record of selling packaged reporting solutions by presenting the solution, demonstrating value and articulating competitive advantage over competitors’ solutionsStrong functional understanding of data and data infrastructureStrong coordination and operational skillsAbility to coordinate and effectively communicate across a wide range of geographically distributed teams – a master orchestratorPractical experience with Power BI and power automate is a mustPractical experience with MCI(Datorama), GCP, Starburst preferableFlexible Working
