Data Management Analyst - Data GovernanceLondon / Hybrid 12 Month FTC Up to £120,000 An exciting opportunity to join a high-profile, forward-thinking insurance business as a Data Management Analyst, supporting the organisation at an important stage of its data and AI journey. This is a broad and genuinely interesting role covering data quality, governance, metadata, taxonomy and emerging AI governance, with exposure across Digital, Risk, Compliance and the wider business. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain data quality, profiling and reporting Support metadata, taxonomy, classification and data lineage Contribute to AI governance, including model monitoring, bias and drift Analyse data to identify risks, trends and opportunities Support data and AI risk assessments Work with senior stakeholders across Digital, Risk, Compliance and the wider business About you You''ll have experience in Data Management, Data Analysis or Data Governance, with strong skills in: Data quality and profiling SQL and Python Metadata, lineage and taxonomies AI/ML concepts and model monitoring Working within a regulated environment, ideally insurance or financial services GDPR, data protection and responsible AI This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting business and play a key role in shaping how data and AI are governed and used across the organisation.
