Drive the data strategy to implement consistent production of BCBS metrics across lines of business.Implement optimum data risk controls and governance required for data consumed by the Risk Reporting processes.Engage closely with risk users to identify and remediate data issues.Engage with business stakeholders, demonstrating knowledge of their data and controls landscape.Work in close partnership with Technology, DAO, Architecture and Business teams to deliver on key outcomes.Work in close partnership with data risk policy stakeholders within the group.Qualifications / Experience
Familiarity with financial services organisations and HSBC structures, values, behaviours, processes and objectives.Experience in handling large volumes of data with WPB retail products data experience preferred.Experience in working with large data transformation projects is preferable.Experience in the implementation of BCBS239 regulation.Hands-on experience in data analysis is mandatory.Experience in managing stakeholders/users across regions/markets.This role is based in Leeds, Sheffield, Birmingham, Chester, Edinburgh.Additional Information
