      <description>Location: West Glamorgan | Salary: 55000.00-55000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Senior Data Engineer Swansea 2 days per week in the office Up to £70,000 (plus 20% bonus and 10% pension) Are you a Senior Data Engineer who wants to be trained in Fabric and Azure? I m helping a Swansea based client to scale up the data team with a Senior Engineer. About the role:  They have an established data warehouse platform that is off premise, built in SSIS, SSRS and T-SQL but are migrating to Fabric and Azure. Full training in Fabric and Azure is offered. The role is split 70% developing/building and 30% supporting/maintaining what you have built so you can have full ownership. Documentation and knowledge sharing is a huge part of the role This is a small team of 5 at present; the Team Lead, 2 senior engineers and 2 mid-level engineers so this will be the 6th hire. They have another data team of 30 in the wider business. This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the Swansea office.
