As a Senior Data Engineer, you''ll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of complex data systems. You''ll collaborate across engineering and data science teams to deliver high-performance solutions using distributed technologies, modern development practices, and Gen AI tools to accelerate innovation.

• Design and build scalable Spark jobs and asynchronous, low-latency APIs.
• Develop and maintain complex ETL workflows using tools like Airflow and Luigi.
• Apply Gen AI tools to enhance development speed and code quality.
• Support machine learning model deployment in production environments.
• Work with distributed systems and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP).
• Apply best practices in software engineering including TDD, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

• Strong commercial experience with Scala and Java (Python a plus).
• Expertise in Spark, Hadoop, and AWS (especially S3).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra).
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and orchestration tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (ELK stack).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
