Senior Data Centre Consultant - Design and Construction (Technical)

to join their London-based team.They are looking for a strong a built environment professional with deep expertise in data centre design, construction, and project delivery.This is a

strategic

advisory role that

blends engineering knowledge with client-side influence , leveraging your

hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical/building services engineering, construction delivery, and/or data centre development strategy.What You’ll Do:Act as a

technical advisor

to global clients across design, buildability, and delivery for major data centre projects.Deliver

feasibility studies, technical due diligence , procurement input, and commissioning oversight.Guide clients through design reviews, MEP systems optimisation, and infrastructure risk assessments.Develop concise, high-impact deliverables: technical reports, strategy memos, and client briefs.Collaborate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and end users across the project lifecycle.London, hybrid working with flexibilityPermanent RoleCompetitive package including bonuses and other benefits, including a share options scheme.About You:8 - 10+ years

in data centre design, construction, or delivery (consultancy, GC, MEP contractor, or client-side engineering roles).Solid grounding in

critical infrastructure systems : HVAC, electrical, cooling, mechanical, etc.Degree-qualified in
