You will act as an internal consultant, designing field trials, analysing quantitative data, and influencing stakeholders across policy, compliance, and operations.Key Responsibilities Design and Evaluate: Develop field trials, survey experiments, quasi-experimental approaches and evaluation frameworks. Analyse Data: Apply statistical methodologies to analyse experimental data. Drive Interventions: Lead project scoping, problem-solving, and behavioural diagnosis. Consult and Influence: Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate complex findings clearly. Collaborate Flexibly: Work across CUB and CXD teams to deliver shared priorities.
