Own and evolve the Finance Operations data strategy within a Databricks environment. Drive adoption of self-service analytics, semantic models and Power BI best practices across the business. Provide leadership for AI and GenAI initiatives, including intelligent automation and future AI capabilities. Oversee reporting governance, data quality, testing standards, security models and platform optimisation.
