You''ll work with data to spot where outcomes may not have been fair or consistent, designing and running analysis to identify issues and group impacted customers. From there, you''ll help drive the remediation process forward-working closely with teams across the business, coordinating activity, and acting as a central point of contact to make sure everything runs smoothly. You''ll also build and maintain tools (including VBA solutions) to support analysis, produce meaningful MI for governance, and help track how we''re performing. Alongside delivering remediation linked to internal incidents or client-driven errors, you''ll look for ways to improve processes, systems and data to prevent issues happening again.
