OverviewSenior Data Analyst role at Oodle Car Finance. Location options include Oxford or London. Responsibilities
Collaborate across the business to uncover insights and shape data-driven decisions.
Create analyses that inform direction or develop reporting dashboards that make monitoring and insights intuitive for users.
Build strong, collaborative partnerships to ensure data is at the core of the business.
Support commercial growth while promoting fairness and transparency in data usage.
For part-time roles, work at 70% or more of full-time hours with a plan to spread time across five days.
Spend at least two days a week in the office and maintain general office hours.
Balance attention to detail with a bigger-picture view of how data impacts customers and the business.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience working with data.
Proficiency in SQL and analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, Excel).
Experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred).
Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior analysts and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Prior experience in financial services or vehicle lending is a bonus.

Location and HoursBased in London or Milton Park with occasional travel to other offices (including Manchester). Flexible balance of home and office working, with two in-office days per week recommended.
