Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda''s new and emerging marketing channelsConduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insightsDevelop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growthPartner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets using techniques and tools such as SQL or TableauCommunicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly to key stakeholders, including senior managementWhat you’ll need to succeed

3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or in projects involving big data, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketingBachelors in Computer Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics and Finance is a plusStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; proficient in SQL, Tableau, and MS ExcelInnovative problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate the organization to gather information and implement solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create impactful presentationsStakeholder management with the ability to influence at senior levels and strong commercial acumenNice to have

Experience in digital or social media marketingExperience with hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python/R for data manipulation and analysisEEO and Privacy
