Working within an Agile squad, the role combines analytical expertise, business engagement, and data visualisation to identify opportunities, measure performance, and drive commercial value. Key Responsibilities Insight and Analytics Conduct analysis to identify customer behaviours, trends, opportunities and risks. Translate business questions into actionable insights and recommendations. Analyse customer journeys, campaign performance and channel effectiveness.
