Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Evaluate team and regional performance against agreed KPIs and provide insights to support continuous improvement. Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
