Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 SME with deep expertise in D365 Sales and Marketing with a proven track record of leading similar business transformation initiatives. Key Skills andamp; Experience:* Demonstrate standard Dynamics 365 capabilities and showcase fit-to-standard approaches.* Share lessons learned and best practices from comparable D365 implementations.* Challenge unnecessary customisation requests and promote maximum adoption of OOTB functionality.* Help business stakeholders understand what "good" looks like through industry-leading processes and operating models.* Facilitate workshops, guide business discussions, and advise on solution design decisions.* Act as a trusted advisor to both SSE and TCS teams, helping bridge the gap between business expectations and platform capabilities.* The ideal candidate should be an experienced D365 practitioner with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior business leaders and driving ..... full job details .....
