Senior Customer Success Manager - ELT, Data and AI SaaSBase pay range : Up to £65k base + 25% OTE. Hybrid - 2 days in London office.Overview
This role involves the classical elements of customer success and account management including renewals, upselling, day-to-day management, onboarding, implementation collaboration, and talking data strategies with clients. You will engage with C-suite executives and data teams to maximize the value of data platforms.Responsibilities
Renewals, upselling, day-to-day account management, and coordinating with the implementation team.Onboarding and enabling customers, discussing data strategies, and conducting QBRs.Engage with CFOs, C-suite, commercial directors, and marketing directors at a commercial level.Work with data and data analyst teams on day-to-day data conversations and usage.Manage approximately 30 accounts with a focus on business outcomes and partner relationships.Requirements
3+ years SaaS Customer Success experience (ideally 5–6 years).Technical background with a strong understanding of data/AI and experience with data-heavy SaaS solutions.Knowledge of SQL and databases.Ability to work from London office 2 days a week.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Job details
