The Role

As a

Senior Customer Success Manager , you will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of strategic customers—ensuring seamless onboarding, long-term adoption, and commercial growth opportunities. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about helping customers get tangible results from technology.

You will:

Lead post-sale onboarding and deliver value-driven outcomes for enterprise and mid-market clients.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Own renewals and negotiate contracts, with support from leadership.

Champion the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and service delivery.

About You

3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS business.

Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics tools, and ETL processes.

Commercially savvy, with experience in renewals and contract negotiation.

Excellent communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proactive, collaborative, and highly organised, with a passion for solving customer challenges.

Bonus: Background in consultancy, technical onboarding, or working in a high-growth scale-up.
