Connect Appointments is recruiting a Senior Customer Services Representative to join an established healthcare equipment supplier based in Hamilton.Our client has supplied mobility equipment to the NHS and high street retailers for over 60 years. They''re a small, close-knit team who describe themselves as a family, and this role is genuinely varied: alongside customer service and telesales you''ll get exposure to finance, warranty and supplier management, so it suits someone who wants to understand how a business works rather than stay in one lane.What''s on offer?A full-time permanent contractMonday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pmPaid at 15.50 per hour, around 30,000 per annumA varied role with genuine scope to broaden your skillsA small, supportive team with experienced colleagues to learn fromAs a Senior Customer Services Representative, your duties will include:Answering customer calls, taking orders and carrying out telesales activityProcessing customer purchase orders, quotations, credits and statementsAdvising customers on pricing and product availabilityArranging shipping through third-party logistics providersCreating pick instructions for the production and warehouse teamCompiling a daily dashboard for the Managing DirectorSupporting the company accountant with debt collection and financial reportingTo be considered as a Senior Customer Services Representative, you will need:Previous customer service experience with a confident telephone mannerSales or telesales ..... full job details .....
