Senior Customer Service ExecutiveSalary: Circa 30,000 per annum + BenefitsAn established and growing finance business is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join its highly regarded customer operations team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in asset finance customer service who is looking to take on a more senior role, supporting colleagues, handling complex customer enquiries and helping drive service excellence across the business.Working closely with the Customer Service Manager, you will act as a key point of expertise within the team, ensuring customers receive a first-class service while supporting colleagues with coaching, guidance, and best practice.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service via telephone and email.Act as a subject matter expert for customer service processes and enquiries.Manage settlements, statement requests, account amendments, refinancing queries, cash allocation, refunds, agreement unwinds, and exposure calculations.Support and coach team members on systems, processes, and best practice.Assist with onboarding and training new colleagues.Support workflow management and prioritisation across the team.Help resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively and professionally.Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes.Essential ExperiencePlease note, previous experience within the Asset Finance industry is essential for this position. ..... full job details .....
