Our client is seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive to support the Customer Services Manager and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across a global customer base.The RoleAs a Senior Customer Service Executive, you will act as a key point of contact for customers while supporting and guiding the wider Customer Service team. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and other internal departments to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and enquiries are resolved promptly. This is a varied position where you will help drive continuous improvement, support key customer accounts, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
