Customer Service Administrator – Operations Coordinator – Newcastle City Centre

£30,000 - £32,000 ace 36 days holidays and benefits, plus bonus!
Mon-Fri work week. 4 days in the office, Fridays work from home. Core hrs 9am - 3pm (40hr week), flexible start and finish time.
Global business with European HQ in Newcastle
Must have 1-2 years customer service / administration experience using the phone and email.

You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) behind customer queries, supporting logistics, operations, and admin across the business. If you’ve got a great attitude, solid IT skills, and love variety this is the role for you!

The Job:

  • Dealing with correspondence, phone calls and queries
  • Customer service to provide for customers and work with customer service team in China
  • Responsible for handling all orders from customers Order to Cash
  • Close relationship with sales team
  • Helping managing bookkeeping
  • Accounts payables
  • Accounts receivables
  • VAT returns (in various Western Europe countries)
  • Managing offices space and facilities, dealing with contracts with suppliers and insurance companies, health and safety policies, ordering stationery and furniture
  • Freight purchasing assistance
  • Monitoring staff travels with travel agent.
