This role sits within a global business with offices in Watford, the USA, and Australia, offering a varied and fast-paced workload within a supportive team.You will be working closely with a team of 10 office-based staff, supporting customers and internal teams while taking full ownership of orders and customer queriesKey Responsibilities:Managing a high volume of customer enquiries via emailAnswering queries and providing clear, professional customer supportCreating and managing quotationsProcessing online ordersCreating new orders and managing special ordersCreating stock codesBooking stock in and outAllocating and dispatching ordersLiaising with UK warehouse staffUpdating customers on order progress and timelinesSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience in a customer service or order processing roleProficiency in SAGE 200 is essentialConfident communicating with customers at all levels, from CEOs to office staffExcellent written communication skills, particularly email correspondenceHighly articulate, sensible, and calm under pressureStrong multitasking and organisational skillsHands-on approach with a willingness to roll sleeves up and muck in where ..... full job details .....
