About the Role:
As a Senior Customer Operations Assistant, you''ll play a pivotal role in our Transfers operational area, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer requests for account transfers between providers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks within a team environment.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and ensuring the right outcomes.
What We''re Looking For:
We seek someone with:
- A positive approach to customer service and a friendly telephone manner.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting information logically and clearly.
- Attention to detail-accuracy is vital in this role!
- IT literacy and comfort with software applications.

Your Experience:
While prior experience is a plus, we''re particularly interested in candidates who possess:
- Banking knowledge (desirable).

Training and Development:
You will undergo a comprehensive training programme over the first few months, focusing on the technical aspects of the role. After the training period, you will have the flexibility to work from home for three days a week, ensuring a perfect balance between office and remote work.
