Senior CSA Engineer - UK, London - Permanent Contract

With significant investments secured, this data centre group is entering their next phase of growth and are looking to bring on board a Senior CSA Engineer.

Responsibilities:Lead concept and detailed CSA design (site prep, foundations, building structures, finishes)Oversee all CSA permitting processes, collaborating with local authorities and regulatory bodiesManage technical reviews and documentation for permitting complianceOptimise designs for constructability, sustainability, and structural resilienceSupport project lifecycle phases from feasibility through commissioningPartner with architects, engineers, and tenant teams for design integrationIncorporate green building practices and advanced construction methodsProvide oversight on vendor selection, tender reviews, and contractor performanceTravel across Europe for site visits and stakeholder meetingsRequirements:Strong expertise in civil, structural, and architectural systems for mission-critical or large-scale industrial projectsProven experience managing CSA permitting, including regulatory engagement and submissionsFamiliarity with European building codes, fire safety, and environmental standardsProficiency with CSA engineering tools (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, BIM platforms)Deep technical knowledge of steel and concrete structures, waterproofing, façade systems, geotechnical analysis, etc.Solid project management skills to handle multiple projects and stakeholder interfacesExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesRequires extensive experience in CSA engineering, with developer-led hyperscale project background preferredBachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or relatedFluency in English (additional European languages a plus)Willingness to travel up to 50%If this role is of interest to you, please apply now to show your interest and we will be in ..... full job details .....
