Senior CSA Construction Manager

Job Title: CSA Construction Manager We are seeking a CSA Construction Manager to join our London team. Your Role The CSA Construction Manager will lead the delivery of the Civil, Structural and Architectural works on site, ensuring all activities are planned, coordinated and executed safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, liaising with the client, design team and wider project stakeholders, and resolving technical and construction issues as they arise, along with working with MEP managers to ensure we have a fully coordinated approach to our onsite delivery. The CSA manager will have experience in working with and managing our design partners, driving deliverables to serve the site requirements and progress on site. A large part of this role is the ability demonstrate ownership of your packages, ability to plan for the weeks ahead, forward think, with a want to take personal accountability to drive outcomes and positive results for the team to serve our clients The CSA Construction Manager will ensure all Civil, Structural and Architectural works are completed in accordance with Dornan''s standards, on budget, on programme, and in compliance with all applicable specifications, drawings, codes and industry standards.
