Senior CRM Specialist Glasgow/Edinburgh £45,000 - £47,000 I am delighted to support my client in the recruitment of a Senior CRM Specialist who will play a key role in maximising the value of the organisation''s CRM capability. The role will sit at the intersection of technology, data and commercial strategy, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while owning the day-to-day management, optimisation and continuous improvement of the CRM platform. You will help improve data quality, user adoption and commercial effectiveness while supporting the evolution of the wider CRM strategy. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the CRM environment, ensuring it remains well managed, effective and aligned with the needs of the business. Work closely with teams across the organisation to understand challenges and translate them into practical CRM solutions. Champion data quality and governance, identifying opportunities to improve processes, consistency and the usability of information. Provide hands-on guidance and support to users, becoming a trusted point of contact for CRM-related queries and requirements. Help deliver enhancements across the platform, including system improvements, integrations, automation and emerging AI capabilities.
