They''re looking for someone who enjoys being in the platform daily - building, launching and optimising campaigns directly.The RoleYou''ll take ownership of CRM campaign execution across email, push and in-app channels, helping to drive repeat transactions and customer retention within a performance-focused environment.Responsibilities. Build and deploy email, push and in-app campaigns to drive engagement and repeat purchase. Create and optimise automated journeys across onboarding, active, non-purchaser and lapsed segments. Support high-impact promotional campaigns, including urgency and countdown mechanics. Own test-and-learn activity across messaging, timing, segmentation and incentives. Use behavioural and transactional data to drive segmentation and personalisation. Partner with Product and Data teams to improve targeting and campaign performance. Execute at pace within a lean, high-accountability teamRequirements.andnbsp;1-3 years'' hands-on CRM experience within E-commerce, gaming, subscription or similar digital environments.
