Senior CRM AnalystSouth Manchester, hybrid working, £50,000 to £55,000 This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing measurement in a well established consumer business with multiple revenue streams. You will be the most senior individual contributor in the CRM analytics function, shaping how campaign performance is defined, measured and improved across the organisation. The Company They are a large, customer focused business operating across retail, services and subscription based offerings. With a strong presence both in store and online, they engage millions of customers through multiple touchpoints. Their data team sits at the centre of commercial decision making, supporting marketing, product and operational teams. They are continuing to invest in analytics to better understand customer behaviour and drive more effective campaigns. The Role You will lead on marketing measurement, working cross functionally with marketing and CRM teams to evaluate and optimise campaign performance. Define and implement measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns across channelsDesign and analyse control groups to understand true campaign impactDevelop clear KPIs including conversion rates, click through rates and targeting effectivenessPartner with stakeholders across marketing, CRM and wider business units to influence strategyTranslate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non technical audiencesSupport continuous improvement of CRM targeting and ..... full job details .....
