Analytics and CRM are central to this journey, shaping strategy across customer engagement and retention.The RoleThis is a key role within the CRM analytics function, focused on both decisioning and campaign performance analysis. You’ll be responsible for building and segmenting audiences across multiple channels, as well as measuring and optimising campaign impact. Working within a collaborative team of six, you’ll partner with the CRM operations team to deliver end-to-end campaigns, from targeting to reporting.The role offers a balance between hands-on SQL-driven audience builds and deeper campaign analytics, with flexibility to lean into either side depending on your strengths. You’ll also gain exposure to high-profile projects, including digital transformation initiatives, major campaign launches, and advanced personalisation strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, segment, and optimise audiences for multi-channel campaigns (email, app, web, push, paid social, personalisation).Analyse campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable recommendations.Develop dashboards and reporting in Power BI to track KPIs and performance trends.Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth end-to-end campaign delivery.Contribute to personalisation, automation, and CRM transformation projects.Take ownership of specific campaign streams, including promotional and product launch activity.Test and refine campaign logic, driving innovation in targeting and engagement.Role RequirementsExperience in CRM, marketing analytics, or decisioning.Strong SQL skills (essential for audience builds and analytics).Experience with multi-channel CRM campaigns.Comfortable analysing campaign performance and presenting recommendations.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM platforms).Exposure to Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.Background in consumer-focused industries (retail, FMCG, gaming, etc.).Interest in digital transformation, personalisation, and advanced campaign strategy.Why Apply?Join during a period of significant CRM innovation and transformation.Work on one of the UK’s most recognised consumer brands.Broad exposure across multiple channels and campaign types.Balance of hands-on technical delivery and strategic impact.Collaborative, growing team with clear opportunities to expand your ..... full job details .....
