Senior Credit Manager Researcher

Description We''re looking for an accomplished Credit Research professional or Investor to join WTW''s global investment team in a senior capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in shaping our credit research, manager selection and portfolio implementation activities across an increasingly diverse global client base of institutional investors, spanning both delegated and advisory mandates. You''ll bring strong investment judgement and deep expertise across credit markets, taking ownership of complex manager research and allocation decisions, and helping to set research priorities and investment views. Beyond individual research responsibilities, you''ll mentor and develop colleagues globally, and influence investment decision-making across the wider business. The Role Clients and Excellence Lead high-quality, solution-focused manager research and due diligence across credit strategies, potentially including LDI, investment grade credit, emerging market debt and alternative credit such as high yield, loans and securitised credit. Help shape the strategic direction and priorities of the broader credit research agenda, ensuring research is relevant to the investment solutions delivered across our global client base.
