Senior Credit Manager - Property Finance

City + Capital are currently representing a growing and dynamic specialist property finance lender who are looking to appoint a Credit Manager or Senior Credit Manager to their London team.This is a hybrid role.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bridging finance credit or underwriting professional to join a lender with a strong appetite across short-term secured lending, including regulated and unregulated bridging, refurbishment-led lending and more complex property-backed transactions.The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing new lending enquiries, pulling apart proposals, preparing credit papers, informing credit committee and managing cases through to completion.The CompanyThe company operates a hands-on and commercially focussed lending environment, where credit plays a central role in assessing risk, educating sales, shaping proposals and supporting the wider business in progressing suitable cases through to funding.This is not a vanilla lending environment.
