This is an opportunity to take ownership of the Group''s credit control function, working closely with the Head of Finance and key stakeholders across the business. More than simply collecting debt, you''ll have the chance to improve processes, strengthen customer relationships and influence cash flow performance, making the role your own. If you''re an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys working independently, building relationships and driving continuous improvement, we''d love to hear from you. What you''ll be doing as the Senior Credit Controller: You''ll manage your own portfolio of customer accounts from end to end, ensuring outstanding debts are collected professionally while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Your Senior Credit Control responsibilities will include: Managing a diverse customer ledger across the Group. Driving cash collections and reducing aged debt. Building strong relationships with customers and internal departments. Resolving account queries and disputed invoices efficiently. Reviewing credit limits and monitoring customer credit risk.
