Senior Credit Controller Standalone Role Cardiff Up to £35,000 DOE Hybrid working 3 days office / 2 days home Are you an experienced Senior Credit Controller looking for a role where you can take ownership, work autonomously and really make a difference? We re working with a growing and ambitious organisation that is expanding its operations and is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to take responsibility for the credit control function across its Wales-based business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, is highly organised and structured, and has the confidence to take ownership of a busy and complex ledger. About the role You ll be responsible for managing the full credit control function, working closely with the Finance Manager and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. With an annual group turnover of around £85m, the role offers plenty of variety and scale. The billing operation is substantial, with the Wales business generating around £4m £6m of invoices each month, so this is certainly not your typical credit control role! What will you be doing? Taking ownership of the credit control function and full credit ledger across multiple group companies. Managing the collection of outstanding debt. Building strong relationships with customers and resolving queries promptly. Matching and reconciling customer remittances against invoices often requiring investigation.
