Senior Credit Controller

I am currently recruiting for a fast-growing business based in Manchester City Centre area who is looking for a Credit Controller. This is a stand alone role and will require travel to the Head office in Knutsford occasionally.This is a newly created role due to the growth of the business.Reporting to the Finance Manager this is a real opportunity to make the role your own by developing procedures and building a team.Duties of the role will include;Responsible for own ledger ensuring all customers adhere to their payment termsWorking with several different ledgers with different requirementsDevelop relationships with customers and solving any queries concerning their accountsIdentify and monitoring customers who pose a financial risk to the customerSend overdue customers for disconnection whilst working within strict credit control processesIdentifying ways in which the current processes and procedures can be improvedAdhoc reporting and reporting to senior management and stakeholders on a monthly basisLooking at processes to ensure the smooth collection of outstanding revenueAdmin dutiesThe right candidate for the role will be:Self-motivatedHave at least 2 years Credit Control experience, working within a commercial environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood arithmetic skillsComputer literate with moderate Excel and strong Outlook skillsExcellent attention to detailGood at working as part of a team and individuallyExcellent organisational and time ..... full job details .....
