This award-winning team is ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners and is known for its expertise, collaborative culture and commitment to access to justice.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a complex caseload of Mental Capacity Welfare matters in the Court of ProtectionConduct Community Care and related Judicial Review matters connected to Mental Capacity issuesMaintain meticulous compliance with all SRA, Lexcel, LAA and internal regulatory requirementsProvide high-quality advice, keep clients updated and maintain excellent case management recordsPrepare accurate legal documents, pleadings, evidence and submissionsSupervise junior team members and contribute to their training and developmentAssist with marketing initiatives and help build strong referral networksUphold the firm''s professional standards and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team environmentThe Ideal CandidateUK Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive6+ years'' PQE with extensive experience in Mental Capacity lawStrong background in Health and Welfare Court of Protection mattersGood working knowledge of Mental Health law, Community Care law and Judicial ReviewExperience with the Legal Aid systemMember of the Law Society Mental Capacity (Welfare) Accreditation Scheme, or willing to work toward thisExcellent communication, client care and advocacy (advocacy ..... full job details .....
