Key Responsibilities Lead the development and continuous improvement of counselling services. Ensure services are accessible, evidence-based, and responsive to community needs. Oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, quality assurance, and compliance. Manage service delivery, budgets, waiting lists, and performance. Build relationships with commissioners, NHS partners, and key stakeholders. Lead, support, and develop counselling managers and clinical leads.
