Senior Cost Manager

A leading engineering and design consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join their Cost Management team in London or Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team delivering complex infrastructure and energy programmes, working across a diverse portfolio of major projects while contributing to business growth and technical excellence. Responsibilities for Senior Cost Manager: Deliver technical cost management services across complex infrastructure and energy projects Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Monitor, analyse, and control cost performance against set targets using EVM and similar techniques Develop and apply Cost and Work Breakdown Structures and methods of measurement including NRM and RMM Support and manage teams on project and technical delivery Contribute to business development activity and key account management Mentor and develop junior cost management staff Support the development and use of cost management software including Power BI, PRISM, Oracle, Deltek, and Ecosys Engage with wider project controls expertise including schedule logic and risk exposure Contribute to service innovation, benchmarking capabilities, and technical excellence Essential Requirements for Senior Cost Manager: Degree qualified in a construction or finance related field RICS, ICE, AACE, CaSA or equivalent professional qualification preferred Proven experience in cost management ..... full job details .....
