Senior Cost Manager- Real Estate

OverviewSenior Cost Manager, Real Estate role at Turner and Townsend in Birmingham. An exciting opportunity to join our busy and expanding office, supporting our clients to deliver projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector across the West Midlands, working on a variety of projects in a wide range of sectors including Sports and Leisure, Commercial, Occupier and Residential.
This role will suit someone with a proven track record of delivery with an aspiration to progress their career.
Responsibilities
Provide cost management services for Real Estate projects and programmes in the West Midlands.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
Apply cost management best practices in a consultancy setting.
Qualifications
Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards) would be preferable
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Inquisitive and problem solving skill base
Demonstrable cost management experience working at a consultancy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
