Responsibilities: Overseeing cost control and forecasting on key projects and forecasts aligned to project cost breakdown structure (CBS) and all in line with NEC contract conditions. Cost management throughout the project lifecycle with detailed analysis of costs and assessing and monitoring changes in year and overall project Estimate at Completion (EAC). Update project forecasts to maintain an accurate and comprehensive Estimate to Complete (ETC) Produce monthly cost reports, including cost performance analysis, variances, trends, forecasts and contingency drawdown. Management (EVM) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).
