Reporting to the Associate Director or DirectorManage and supervise other junior members of the cost consultancy teamManage all cost consultancy services including pre-contract and post-contractCost Control, Cost Planning, Cost Estimates and ProcurementNegotiation and contract preparationSupply Chain EngagementBudget ReconciliationsCost reportingSite ValuationsContractor PaymentsCollate and structure cost data for the wider businessClient liaisonUndertake Quality Assurance and compliance checksChampion the utilisation of technology to enhance the service offering to clients and improve the efficiency of the wider businessRequired Skills and Experience

Experience in largescale residential urban projectsAbility to lead commercial management for large-scale schemes from feasibility to final accountsIdeally 6+ years'' experience as a Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor from a Consultancy or DeveloperExcellent experience in cost planning, cost control, reporting and procurementExperienced in serving private sector clientsMRICS/MCIOBDegree in Quantity Surveying or similarExperience in or passion for MMC and/or sustainability would be advantageousProficient in Microsoft OfficeWhat you get back
