Senior Corporate Solicitor - Wetherby/Hybrid - £100k+

The Opportunity We are working with a forward-thinking and growing legal business looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor into their team. This is not a traditional, heavily structured environment. The role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to a broad range of corporate work and the opportunity to operate as a trusted advisor to clients on both legal and commercial matters. You will play a key role in delivering practical, solution-focused advice while managing your own workload and contributing to the wider growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Leading on a range of corporate matters including Mandamp;A, restructures and shareholder arrangements Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion Building and maintaining strong client relationships Identifying risks and offering pragmatic, business-aligned solutions Working collaboratively across teams and contributing beyond your core specialism Supporting and mentoring more junior team members where required Contributing to business development and identifying growth opportunities About You Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years'' PQE in corporate law Strong technical grounding with the ability to handle complex matters independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, less structured environment Highly proactive with a solution-oriented mindset Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge where appropriate ..... full job details .....
