Senior Corporate Counsel, 12mth, £110k – maternity cover. Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days per week in the Central London office. Immediate start required.Responsibilities

Provide corporate advisory support and general commercial contract review.Assist with compliance and regulatory matters.Support cross-border matters across the company’s international network of offices.Support stakeholders across Treasury, Finance and Tax as part of the legal team.Qualifications

At least 5 years'' PQE.Ideally from a corporate background; consideration for banking and finance lawyers moving into a generalist in-house role.UK and Ireland qualified lawyers; applications from other Commonwealth jurisdictions will be considered.Employment details
