Senior Corporate Communications and PR Advisor

THE ROLE (Hybrid working) This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate communications professional to join a business entering a new phase. You will shape and deliver a robust and cohesive communications and PR strategy that strengthens the company''s reputation, raises its profile and supports its future ambitions. Using your understanding of markets, customers, communications channels, the industry and legislative landscape, you will lead corporate communications and PR activity to engage stakeholders, drive loyalty and recognition, and ensure communications remain aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a communications plan aligned to business objectives, supporting the company''s strategy, future direction and growth. Develop the in-house PR team and manage the external PR agency to maximise impact and ensure consistent messaging. Build strong relationships with senior leadership, media and key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to raise the company''s profile. Lead communications around key business developments, milestones and strategic initiatives. Oversee crisis communications, ensuring timely, clear and effective messaging to protect the company''s reputation. Monitor media coverage and communications performance, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and recognition.
