Senior Conveyancing Paralegal Newcastle upon Tyne or Gateshead basedSalary £27,000 - £30,000 per annumJob Description The Senior Conveyancing Paralegal undertakes a key role within the legal team, providing comprehensive support in residential and commercial property transactions. This role involves managing a full conveyancing caseload, liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely progression of transactions. The post holder is responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documentation, conducting property searches, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process.There is the opportunity and support for the successful candidate to become a full 360 Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner if this is the route they hope to pursue. Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage and progress a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.Prepare, review and issue contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork associated with property transactions.Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, surveyors, mortgage lenders, and local authorities to facilitate the exchange and completion of contracts.Conduct and review property searches, including local authority, environmental, drainage, and water searches, ensuring any issues are identified and addressed promptly.Provide clear and timely updates to clients and ..... full job details .....
