Senior Conveyancer - Bournemouth - Legal 500 - 3 Days WFH - £55k to £68kA well-established and highly regarded Bournemouth-based law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team.Operating from two local offices and recognised in the Legal 500, the firm is known for the quality of its advice, long-standing client relationships and a modern, forward-thinking approach to practice.The Role:This is a Senior fee-earning position managing a full Residential Conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion. You will handle complex and high-value transactions with minimal supervision and provide technical guidance and support to junior colleagues where appropriate.Alongside fee earning, the role includes contributing to business development, maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the continued development of the residential property team.Key Responsibilities:Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold matters, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership transactionsHandling complex and high-value transactions independentlyDrafting and negotiating residential property documentationEnsuring files are managed in line with SRA requirements, Conveyancing Protocol, CQS, LEXCEL and internal proceduresProviding supervision, mentoring and technical support to junior team membersMaintaining clear communication with clients, agents, lenders and third ..... full job details .....
