      <description>Location: Theale | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Senior Control Systems Engineer Reading, Berkshire   We are now seeking a  Senior Control Systems Engineer  to join our growing engineering team  at our state of the art facility in Reading, Berkshire . This is a technically focused role, responsible for leading the design, development and commissioning of advanced control and automation systems across a wide range of industries.      Key Responsibilities:   	 Lead and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality technical delivery. 	 Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices. 	 Build strong client relationships through effective technical communication, presentations and documentation.
