Location: UK - Hemel Hempstead / Kentish Town / Wigan (flexible within regions)
Role: Senior Contracts Manager - Ground Engineering

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join a specialist ground engineering team delivering both minor and major piling and geotechnical projects across the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project teams throughout construction and installation

• Allocate and oversee resources, including subcontractor performance

• Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and contractual standards

• Provide constructability input and support client engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project objectives

Candidate requirements:

• Degree-qualified in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering

• 10-15 years'' experience in ground engineering or piling projects

• Proven leadership, communication, and commercial skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively
