The RoleThis is a key position within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, responsible for managing complex contracts across academic, public sector, and commercial partners. You''ll work closely with senior leaders, research teams, and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and smooth delivery of strategic projects. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including research, funding, licensing, and collaboration agreements.Build strong working relationships with partner organisations, ensuring seamless contract delivery.Provide expert legal and commercial guidance to internal teams.Develop and maintain contract templates and standardised documentation to drive efficiency.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, funding conditions, and intellectual property frameworks.Lead and contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes.About YouSignificant ..... full job details .....
