Senior Contracts Manager - CivilsSalary: Up to 85,000 (depending on experience) + 5,500 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits Location: Greater Manchester Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join a successful and growing Civil Engineering business, leading the delivery of multiple projects across the North West.Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will take overall responsibility for a portfolio of civils and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity for an established Senior Contracts Manager, Contracts Manager, or Operations Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, groundworks, land remediation, highways, infrastructure, or public realm projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipTake overall responsibility for multiple live civils projects.Lead and support Contracts Managers, Site Managers and project delivery teams.Monitor performance across programme, quality, safety and cost objectives.Conduct regular site visits to support teams and maintain delivery standards.Ensure timely and accurate project reporting to senior leadership.Client and Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.Ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.Act as a key point of contact throughout project ..... full job details .....
